You Are Invited to the WIN Education and Job Fair!!! Thursday, April 2 Noon to 4:00 New Bern RHA Howell, Inc. is proud to introduce The Workforce Investment Network (WIN) program to eastern North Carolina at the WIN Education & Job Fair on April 2, 2009. You and your students, friends, co-workers and neighbors who may be interested in a career in healthcare are invited to attend. Feel free to forward or print the attached share the flyer with others who may benefit from attending this fair. RHA Howell, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization providing services to people with disabilities across NC for over 35 years. As one of the largest employers in the area, we believe that our ability to provide quality services is undeniably tied to the success of our staff in their personal lives and in their career development. Because of this belief, we offer free education and training opportunities to our employees who prove their desire to move forward in the field of healthcare.
The WIN Program is the means by which RHA Howell, Inc. recruits, retains and professionally develops employees through defined career ladders. WIN provides meaningful career paths to individuals supporting people within a healthcare system, giving these individuals the option to make choices regarding their own career development. Through partnerships with East Carolina University and the North Carolina Community College System, there are currently five healthcare career paths from which one can choose:

We welcome high school seniors, recent graduates, veterans...EVERYONE.
